"Weir Minerals North America is a very large organization with multiple business units/product lines, offices. Our challenge was to simplify the way in which our sales channel can request print literature, not only in the US, but globally for some of our product lines. Valprint has done a great job in creating an online literature ordering site from which our staff and partners can easily access to order needed literature and other print materials. By going to one centralized site for all our literature needs we have improved delivery time in some cases as much as a month as Valprint processes our orders usually within 24 hours and no more than 48 hours upon receipt of request. Also appreciate the reports available and re-order notices to help us monitor usage and, extensive sales force and rep/dealer network ensure we do not run out of stock.
